Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever
These are the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever made. Thank you for this recipe. I have already made them twice!
Ingredients
- 2¾ cups all-purpose flour (12 ounces) If at all possible, please weigh the flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp smallish-medium coarse sea salt or kosher
- 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, softened
