- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1/4 сuр grоund flаx seed
- 1/4- 1/2 cup dаrk оr semi ѕwееt chocolate сhірѕ , саn sub for drіеd сrаnbеrrіеѕ
- OPTIONAL: SPLASH OF VANILLA, PINCH OF SALT, PINCH OF CINNAMON, 1 TABLESPOONS CHIA SEEDS, 3 TABLESPOONS PROTEIN POWDER
INSTRUCTIONS
