Slow Cooker Chicken Casserole
Such a delicious and easy recipe, perfect for a busy weeknight! I added twice the rice and it seemed perfect.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn kernels, drained
- fresh chopped parsley, to garnish
- 1 can 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion, chopped
