Slow Cooker Creamy Tuscan Chicken
This dish was sooooo good! There is a little prep work but not too much. I served it over whole-wheat pasta which was delicious!
This was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, just added some more spinach after the first batch wilted. Our chicken actually shredded up mostly, and we served this with couscous. Yum! Thanks for the recipe, it seems like it will be a regular in our house!
Ingredients
- (1) 7 oz jar Sun Dried Tomatoes, sliced (drained)
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (more for garnish)
- 2-3 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
- 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless/skinless
- 1 small Onion, diced
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- (1) 15 oz jar Alfredo Sauce* (with roasted garlic)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
