Snickerdoodle Poppers
As a Grammy I’m well equipped with “popper” pans, this would alleviate the frying. Then stuff them as directed when they’re cool…..do you think it would work as well?
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/4 tespoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk(room temperature)
For filling:
- 4oz. white chocolate
- 1 box of instant vanilla JELLO
For coating:
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2– 2 teaspoon cinnamon
