GERMAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
These look amazing! German Chocolate cake is the only cake that my husband will eat and I'm sure he would love these cookies.INGREDIENTS:
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. milk chocolate chips (semi-sweet can be used, if you prefer)
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¾ c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 ½ c. sweetened flaked coconut
