- 2 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 1/4 cups + 1 Tbsp Buttermilk
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/2 cups + 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour, sifted
Chocolate Glaze:
- 3 oz Unsweetened Chocolate, roughly chopped
- 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/8 cup Brewed Coffee, at room temp
