MAPLE ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH
This is so delicious! The pecans and cranberries absolutely make this dish! I would cut back on the cayenne a little though. And I cut up a squash myself.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 cup pecans
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 20-ounce package of Mann's Fresh Vegetables Butternut Squash (find out where to buy it here)
1 tablespoon avocado oil (or another neutral-flavored oil)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
