Low Carb (Keto) Indian Butter Chicken
Butter chicken is one of my favorite dishes! So happy to try a healthier version especially when the new year hits!
One of my all-time favorite Indian dishes, this is so easy and yummy!
Ingredients
Garnish (optional):
- Fresh cilantro leaves
Sauce:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 yellow onion medium
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup tomatoes pureed
- 1/2 Tbs ginger paste or 1 tsp ground ginger
Chicken:
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 ½ lbs chicken thighs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, chunked into one inch pieces
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp fenugreek
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
