INGREDIENTS
BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tube (17.5 ounce) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (I used Pillsbury Grands)
LEMON GLAZE ICING
- cream cheese icing (from tube of cinnamon rolls)
- juice of one lemon
- zest of one lemon
