Classic Vanilla Overnight Oats are a wonderful healthy breakfast! Eat it as is, or mix it up with adding fruit or other flavorings.

- 1/2 cup (heaping) rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxmeal
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
