INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups unsalted butter, room temperature (4 sticks / 1 pound of butter)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Confectioners sugar, sifted
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chopped pecans
