So does the bacon and sausage need to.be fully cooked beforehand?

• 1 pound package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
• 1/2 pound breakfast sausage browned and drained
• 1/2 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
• 1/2 medium sweet onion diced
• 1/2 green pepper diced
• 1/2 red pepper diced
• 12 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
