Overnight Blueberry French Toast Casserole
Overnight Blueberry French Toast Casserole is the perfect breakfast or brunch dish that makes for a beautiful presentation and tastes as good as it looks! This is great for an easy potluck recipe or a holiday breakfast idea!
What happens if my bread wasn’t day old? I left it out all day to get crusty but I’m hoping it still tastes good!
I made this for my dad for Sunday breakfast and I just had to let you know how much we both enjoyed it!! I left out the cream cheese and the topping – too much sodium in the cream cheese and I didn’t have the corn starch, but it was AMAZING!!! So much so, he requested to have it again. That’s really saying something because at 97 he doesn’t really have an appetite! Thank you for sharing this recipe!!
