Sausage McMuffin Casserole
The original Egg McMuffins were served with orange marmalade...a much forgotten breakfast condiment. Going to the grocery store to pick up what I need to fix this. Thank you for the recipe.I love your site! Just completed my menu for next week by adding this to our "brunner" night, which is every Friday :-)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 English muffins, split (Bays)
- 1-1/4 cup milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 8-oz breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 4 eggs
