clean eating cookie dough
OMG! I don’t know if I should love you or hate you? Found your recipe during a 2wks road trip. First thing I did today when we got home was MAKE it! Wow, wow, WOW, it is spectacular. No joke. I did sort of a mix of method 1 and 2. Processed most of the organic rolled oats to flour consistency, then threw in the rest and only pulsed a couple of times. YUM. Also added some cinnamon and used fat free half and half as that was all I had and I was NOT going to wait another day. It is insanely good. For real. Thank you! I think? xoxo
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup egg whites (make sure you use the 100% egg whites, pasteurized)
- 2 squares of dark chocolate
